Conducting a Funding/Marketing Audit

A member of the Papillon Consultancy team can look at every aspect of an NPO’s resourcing and fundraising to establish what is working that could be enhanced and what is not working and why. The organisation will be considered holistically and the areas of weakness (which may be marketing, PR, image or field of endeavour) identified. Written materials are considered, fundraising office systems and record keeping analysed and the level of donor nurturing is investigated. Staff capacity and organagram are assessed. Geographical position, target market needs and donor-giving trends are all taken into account. A report is then compiled and recommendations are made.
